• After you have made one purchase with MATES WEAR you become a Loyal Mate. This means you will receive a 20% discount code for every NEW referral that makes a minimal purchase of $30. This code can be used within 60 days of receiving the code.

• NO, Discount codes can not be combined with other codes or other promotional offers.

How do I Opt out of receiving discount codes?

Is there a minimum order?

• NO, you become a loyal mate after your first purchase. However, New referrals have a $30 minimum purchase to receive an additional 20% Discount code. (see referral program for details).

• YES, this is our way of saying invest in your WEAR! This Discount code can be used within 30 days of receiving the code on a NEW purchase.

Can I exchange my merchandise and use a discount code?

• NO, Discount codes are to be used on your next NEW purchase not valid on exchanges.
  

Can I return my merchandise for a refund?

• No, ALL sales are final.  However, we want you to love your piece! That is why we will offer an exchange for online credit towards your next purchase!(see return policy for details)
