Return Policy

It is our goal to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  Therefore, we ask that you take time to look at the photos, descriptions and size charts prior to completing your order. All purchases made through mateswear.bigcartel.com are final.  However, we will exchange for online store credit within 7 days from delivery. No CASH or CREDIT refunds. Please call us 3 days from the delivery to inform us of any exchanges/damages.  Prior to returning any merchandise to Mates Wear, you MUST request and receive a return authorization form by emailing us at [email protected] or by calling (865)888-MATE (6283). The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for exchanges/returns. Items must be returned, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging.
